Welcome to the start of another very busy term.

This half term we will be be welcoming our new starters and making new freinds. 

We will be looking at signs of spring around us and learning all about animals that lay eggs, and what it looks like inside an egg.

We will be learning lots of new vocabulary and using the school grounds to find out new things.

Our rising five children will be learning letters from our Read Write Inc scheme, as well as having daily rhyme times with the rest of the class.

In maths our rising fives will be learning about simple number composition - different ways of making 5 using different resources.

We will be having lots of fun in the Spinney, at The Beach and around the school grounds.  As the weather warms we will hopefully be spending much more time outside, making the most of the lovely weather.

Out sports day this year will be taking place on Wednesday 5th June so look out for the signing up sheets for this.
